This really is the store's fault for removing the security shit before the purchase has been made. They need to change their policy to something similar to best buy's where the security tag is taken off by the yellow shirt dude standing at the doors AFTER you've paid.

Wallmart policy says you can't stop someone from stealing. Most you can do is, when they leave the store, ask them to return. When I worked for Walmart, I got written up twice for going after those who were stealing, one of them I went after with my truck and a bat

I was at the walmart on rufe snow and 820 the other day, while waiting outside for a friend to finish up buying her stuff.. Three guys came out of the store hauling ass..One guy had stolen just some little stuff and LP chased him all the way to the highway and across the west bound lanes. They had him sitting on the grass median for about 10 minutes before NRH finest got there.
