No shit! Back in my waiter days three punk kids did not leave a tip to one of the waiters, and that is after running him to death. One of them left a cell phone that met some destruction in the back dock after the waiter saw his lack of tip.

A federal judge in Dallas on Tuesday sentenced 26-year-old Gary Lee Jackson of Garland. Jackson in December pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography and to possessing more than 1,000 such images.
