He was actually kinda quiet and reserved for the most part, but then again he was trying to manuever his way off a barstool, eyes glazed over looking down at me (he's fuckin tall) trying to process who the fuck is this short fat guy talking to me. lol.

2004. I meet you once at Pappas Pizza at a table with Duff, Nicole, and a couple of other people. You guys are not talking about anything that interests me, so after about five minutes i move on in my continuing quest for mental exercise. This was quasi-normal Steve, pre 2007 bjj and Mustangs Suck Steve.

2010. You are walking out of Jareds house as I am walking in. I haven't seen you in over 6 years, and the only other time I've met you, you were seated. I see a guy that must be 5'6 reach out to shake my hand, so I shake it, and go about my business, figuring (correctly!) he is probably someone I met one time at a party some where, having no idea that this unassuming micro Michelin Man is the Armbar master of DFWS(Not yet M, at that point). The fact that you inexplicably were at Jareds house out of the blue certainly didn't help me make any connections. I proceed to enjoy myself with drink. You either left, or made no other attempts to talk to me that night.

2011. We are both at Fox and Hound with about 40 other people. You get wrangled into having Sebs gf try and set up a rematch all night, and I have maybe 3 beers because I'm bored and don't really feel like being there anyway; but hey, it's half a mile from where I live.

There is no one here other than Sebastian who has had a in person confrontation with me and even that was civilized by being arranged in a organized way.

All of this nonsense about being quasi-normal, being bi-polar, crazy or whatever other dozens of labels you guys have pinned on me for your own entertainment. I've been in martial arts since I was very young so the BJJ stuff is just another thing for you guys to make fun of. I'm very easy to get along with if you just give it a try.

I don't even know why I am bothering to explain anything to you. You have your mind made up and you're not open to anything other than making me jump through hoops for you. I suppose the only way for us to get along is for me to ignore you and your constant jabs at me. /shrug.

LOL, even though I was shaking his hand in the process of saying hello, I have no doubt I didn't catch his interest. i made an attempt to get to know him, his character intrigued me if he matched his online persona or not. We're just conflicting personalities is my best guess.

I've noticed that some of the (camaro5) boards cant handle my personality or I just can't handle their ignorance. Here we stick together even if we pick at each other. Take it like a grain of salt ect.... Is it just me that gets this or any of the other forums you visit like this? Lol

i joined camaro5 a couple years ago because i actually wanted to see what kind of numbers those cars were putting up.

but as i scrolled and saw the "camaro vs..." thread i couldn't help but pay a visit. and wow.

then after several warnings i decided to just go to the drag racing forum...which is littered with thread such as "ran low 14s...dont understand" or "why cant i get in the 12s????"
and then the whining and bitching about how their awesome cars dont run what they thought it should.
maybe 3 people on that board actually know anything, but hell even if one of them sides with "one of us" they get crushed too.

I came here years ago when a friend of mine found a phone Jose was selling in the classifieds. Set up a user ID and ended up buying the phone from him. I don't know why I've stuck around either. I personally don't like Mustangs much. I guess it's just amusing.. all of the endless banter.

I'd like to go to a g2g one day, but by now I'd probably end up in a fist fight with a few of you lol.

In the 5 years ive been on this site (and dfws), ive noticed there are 2 main types of people who post here. There are those who can take the verbal ass-whipping, and fire it right back at the offender, and there are those who can do one or the other, or neither. You can either accept the personal judgements cast upon you in humor or spite, or get all butthurt over it, cry/bitch/moan, and never hear the end of it. Posting on here is like being in shark infested waters, and you just sliced your arm open with a knife. You had better be tethered to a helicopter that'll yank your ass out of the water, otherwise, you will become shark shit.
