Long story short...newly divorced guy. I kept the house, got close to a neighbor and well ummm yeah we had a little too much fun together.

Anyway her husband is back in town now and he found out. Now he's threatening to kill me, literally. I've been sleeping with my glock lately.

Any idea's on how to neutralize this threat?

Yup...the only thing that could be used for is spousal support and only if you qualify to recieve it which in TX is married at least 10yrs. I've become quite the authority on TX family code lately.

Well he's been in DC on business the past 3 months. Her and I became good friends after my ex and I split (she was f-ing around too). Anyway, things just kind of progressed between us and then it just happened one night, and then another night, and another night etc...

He hired a PI and has pics of me leaving her house at 4AM a few times then pics of us out to dinner and things. Yeah he's gunning for me.

since we don't know if the "victim" has children or not, since that's not relevant to the op's question, it could be a reflection on the wife's character, and have some impact on any custody battle that may or may not happen - i wasn't implying it was simply for the divorce in and of itself - or, he could be using it to show the in-laws why their daughter is getting divorced, one never knows -
