    Yes. It's an ass whooping. I really don't like rolling in a gi either, technical as it may be. I also have the cheapo itchy white one, so i'm sure that makes it all that much worse.

    fwiw josh i didn't take his comment to mean i shouldn't do it. I think he was just saying either go full force or don't bother because you won't gain anything at half throttle.

    Roy Nelson is a BJJ guy and who would look at that guy and think he's a pro? I wanna know why it's not okay for Kyle to do it for his own reasons and not the reasons that Steve thinks he should. That's like saying don't jog unless you plan on running a marathon.
