Is there any good areas near the airport? I can possibly relocate to that airport from where I'm at currently. It wouldn't be for a few years at least though. Just trying to get an idea to stay in my head or not.

If I were to buy another house, there or Grapevine is where I'd go. My brother lives in Monticello Estates in Colleyville, and I love that area. Waaaaaaaay out of my price range though.Originally posted by STRONGNUFF View PostColleyville / threadOriginally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Every time I went to DFW my old company would put me up in the Drury hotel in I think Irving. Anyways that area left a nasty taste in my mouth. I walked to the Walmart down the road and didn't feel safe lol.Originally posted by mustang1200 View PostNot going to find much in the price range in Grapevine.

Between 121 and 360 on either side of Glade. Along Canterbury between Baze and Euless Main is a great area in that price range. There is a small area of duplexes that aren't great but the rest of the area is fairly nice. I live in North Euless just a few blocks south of Glade and love it. I have been here 12 years without any issues. GCISD schools also in the North part of Euless.

Your not going to find any decent homes in that price range in Colleyville, you might find some ok ones in Grapevine depending on how the house was kept up. You can find brand new homes in Keller that are pretty nice for that price range.Originally posted by 2011GT View PostPrice range would be 150-210

Driving to the airport from Keller every morning would be a huge PIA unless he's going in before 7
You'd be able to find something good in Lewisville/Flower Mound. Possibly Coppell but will most likely be an older home. We are going to move to either Coppell or Grapevine for our next place, probably 3-5 years away thoughLast edited by pr1042; 06-24-2012, 11:31 AM.
