Christmas bonus

For the past 3 years our "bonus" has been approx. $200 in October, but we did get another yearly free $20 in our last check. Free money is free money.

Got mine today. It was a nice welders burn. My company doesn't believe in bonuses nor raises this year. My wife got 2g though.

I got a nice bonus this year which would have been more had I not taken all 28 days of my PTO this month due to my injury. I can cash it out at my hourly rate x 280hrs. But, the month of is nice. Been laid up though. The stock market was good to me this year so that more than made up for it.

.50 cents for every hour of overtime put in this year.(that what i was told). Salary people get what ever their salary pay is.

what if you only worked 2 hours overtime all year?

I can beat that. I work at a place with no raise for 6 yrs. But did get one at the end. It was come in an hour later and work less hour during that work week to make the same pay check. Dam a lot of us must work for canadians. I got a pat on the back "thada boy".
