If you just want to move east of Dallas near Lake Ray Hubbard. Try Sunnyville. It's impossible for the ghetto to move into that town. Of course, its not right on the lake though.

Every town has a ghetto, but if you look at homes in Sunnyvale, there is very little under 150-200k.

I lived over there for 3 years.. It's not nice but not too bad. It does get darker every year though. Glad I'm near Denton now but I miss being right on the lake sometimes.

My grandparents live in Lakeside (I think that's the name) nice neighborhood. Whichever neighborhood is at Dalrock/Schrade is theirs. I'd live there.

That is in top busy district for the PD. It is very infested and run down now. I would not, live in that area. The call sheet stays on back up over there. Unless you're a quinlan meth monkey or democrat.

Rowlett (Dallas Co) side is Garland - ghetto ISD. Rowlett has some nice areas but theres too much ghetto bleed over. I lived there from 91-03 and got tired of the traffic congestion and Garland trash infiltrating what once was a nice bedroom community.

The best way to see the people of an area is to visit the nearest Racetrack or QT gas stations. Just hang out there for 5 minutes. I live at 30 and Bobtown in a nice neighborhood. If you never left that subdivision you wouldn't ever believe you were in Garland.

I usually stay with my gf at her place in Rockwall. I never ever eat at any restaurant in Mesquite around the mall. That area is straight out of south east Dallas.

That's a whole lot of bullshit right there. I lived there for 8 years, rode my bike all around, walked, ran, etc. SE Dallas is like Balch Springs, Pleasant Grove.
