Need a key made..Best option ?

Bought an auction car , no keys. 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse. What's the cheapest option on getting a key ? Dealer or have locksmith cut one ? Anybody have a hook up ?

Locksmith came out to my house to re-cut a key for my old SC300, was like 150.00 for two keys.
