Would someone that went into diabetic shock be able to sit in the back of a patrol car for 2hours answering questions before getting put on a stretcher and loaded up into an ambulance

No I worked with a guy that was transitioning to a pump he was good in the morning and night but could not get a lunch schedule down when he went bonkers it was not for very long before he would become nonresponcive.
