I am open to suggestions on how to accomplish this legally. At this point I have pretty much tried everything. I tried being nice, I tried being mean, I tried threatening with court. I submitted complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General. I tried contacting the news, I tried the police. What the hell else can I do?

I don't understand how you don't have a case against them? You made a purchase, you should have a receipt. You didn't receive the goods at the time of purchase and still haven't to this day. What exactly is on their side? They can't show up to court and say they already gave you the goods.

Small claims is for cash only, not for merchandise. Since they have a no cash refund policy and no official time limit on when they have to deliver the goods, there is nothing that the courts can do. Even if I did get the ruling, which I wont, he doesn't have to pay it anyway.

Right, I go over there with an attitude. At best one of us gets the living shit kicked out of him and the other goes to jail. At worst one of us gets killed and the other goes to jail for a long time.

Say I did go over there and put him in the hospital. Now I go to jail, where I can't fix cars. Not only am I getting screwed in jail and still screwed out of my money, but my mom and sister have no business partner mechanic, thus they lose money.

I can make the money back that he stole from me. Sure it burns me up, but being dead or in jail doesn't help me get it back.

He can't now, the PD have been involved, he goes back up there and they can call the cops and have him removed or even arrested if starts throwing a tantrum to the PD.
