More guns is the solution. If more people carried, this would be a more polite society.

I couldn't agree more. If the bad segment of our society knew that their actions could be met by deadly force from the good segment of society, they might be less likely to commit crimes, etc.

I like how the first news blurb points out an automatic weapon, as well. If they don't even know if anyone is dead yet, how in the fuck do they know what weapon was used, and whether or not it is automatic? Morons.

They do background checks. Making it harder for law-abiding citizens to get guns doesn't keep guns out of the hands of criminals.
