LOL what did you expect. My sister's FIL just retired from being a health inspector for over 40 years. He might go out to eat 3 or 4 times a year. He put it to me like this. " After seeing the kitchen of every restarurant in this city, I don't care to see what the dining room looks like." -

In general, Indian and Indian owned restaurants are bad too. Hospitals are usually pretty clean, but I've seen some bad ones. But they are also held to higher standards by inspectors.
