Where was I talking shit about it? Where did I say it was amusing? I posted the thread, said the truth. The piece of shit is the fucker that stuffed 9 CHILDREN into the SUV like firewood and went driving down the highway. They were mexicans. Two adults were illegals. Most of the children were born of these illegals. It took police nearly a day to figure out who they were and to contact relatives since none of them spoke english and due to the lack of identification. The driver may be facing 5 counts of negligent homicide. Am I racist for saying that? Does that sound like I am making a fucking joke? Does it sound like I am trying to amuse anyone?

Matt, in your opinion, are the charges pending due to the kids not wearing seat belts or from putting children in a vehicle where there were not enough seat belts? We had a discussion a while back about this, and someone said the law was basically it was legal to carry someone in a vehicle without a seat belt if no seat belt existed in it. I was asking since my Jeep didn't come with a back seat, much less seat belts.

Probably due to the fact that they were not in seat belts when there were obviously more seat belts in the vehicle than that were in use. We were trained that if there are 4 people in a single cab truck that has 3 seat belts and 3 out of the 4 are wearing seat belts, then there is no offense.

In 20+ years, I've seen many people ejected and killed that were not wearing seat belts, but I've NEVER seen someone killed by a seat belt.
