Agreed. I have had this happen several times now. Went to look at a 65 Impala SS, 327 and a 4 speed up in Sherman. Got there and he flat told me that he didn't want to sell it, but I could have it for $5500. Had 4 flat tires, the quarter panels 50% rusted out, interior shot, damage to the front end, etc.
