Nothing infuriates me more then having to stand in line behind someone buying expensive frozen meals, lunchables, steaks or other unnecessary items and then paying with their lonestar card. There needs to be some strict limits set on what those cards can buy and in addition there should be a separate line for people using them. As long as I'm paying for your food I shouldn't have to wait in line behind you.

We were behind a female and male at Kroger a couple of years ago and they appeared to be seperate. She purchased a entire buggy full of groceries with her Lone Star Card. She then moved up and stopped. The male next in line pulled out a huge wad of cash and bought a pile of alcohol and smokes. After he checked out he walked up and put his stuff in her buggy and off they went. I worked in the grocery business for 13 years and food stamps/welfare/LSC is the biggest bunch of shit on the planet.

Tons of folks living together with kids for five to ten years claiming single, not claiming cash income, and raking in the benefits. Taxes, food stamps, free cell phones, etc etc. They penalize the hell out of the wife and I for no kids and both working.

What is sad is that I saw the grocery side of it and then I see the LE side of it on lots and lots of domestics. I have seen more people, arguing over someone else using to many of the other persons disabilty, food stamps, housing payments, etc. Same house, same kids, different last names.
