Haha! When I was a cop I went on a call and the home owner had taken the pouch out of a box of Franzia and was drinking it out of the tap like a giant Capri sun! That would be a hell of a case of appendicitis if his appendix moved all the way to the other side of his body.

I went to the doctor when I was younger for extreme pain in the center of my abdomen, Dr. ran test that night said it might be appendix and sent me home. By 7am I was at the ER about to die and my appendix ruptured before they could get me in for surgery. Turns out I had an unusually large appendix, it was less than 24hrs from the first pain to it rupturing. Spent 10 days in the hospital because of that shit.
