I'm just telling you what the guy told me. He seemed to be in pretty damn good shape and he had quite a lot to say about monster drinks. It seemed like a pretty on topic anecdote.Originally posted by Baron View PostI know guys that would drink coffee all day long, why didnt they have the same issues?"When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin

I'll have one every blue moon...but it literally takes half the day to finish it. I wonder if the slow consumption makes it far less dangerous than chugging that much caffeine in 30 minutes.
On another note, GNC has the Amped N.O. that had 400+mg of caffeine that I would down within 15-20 minutes before a workout...I quite that as soon as I realized what I was doing.

I love em.Originally posted by mustangguy289 View PostI love the new Monster Rehabs. I read somewhere they were made for hangovers. They taste good, low calorie, and low sugar. They do not give the "crash" feeling a few hours later that most energy drinks do.
When I go ATV riding, I start the day at 5 am with a 16 oz coffee followed by a Monster Rehab. When I am done riding I drink another Rehab on way home. I am still kicking.2012 GT500

BTW... The Monster Rehab drinks are NON-carbonated. I can't drink carbonated drinks anymore.Originally posted by CRASH View PostI used I drink one to two green Monsters a day but with my Crohn's they are HARD on my stomach, so I cut all carbonated drinks out and only drink sweet tea now. I'm down almost 25 lbs. since cutting out Monsters/sodas.
