I dont think you get a choice with gas. Its like water, you have it or you dont.

Yeah, getting a warranty. House has a lot of updates, and the attic has been modernized with a ton of insulation. Inspection didn't yield any surprises I didn't know going in. Only thing I'm slightly worried about is the older wiring, but I'll be getting some of that reworked anyway. Thanks guys.
