Be glad when this is over, but I do have a quick question. The place I'm buying is a nice 1966 Ranch Style, so it has some gas utilities. Never lived in a place with gas. Are there any sites like powertochoose.org for gas companies? Who would you guys recommend?

Atmos is probably about it. With a house that old, hopefully the sellers are paying for a home warranty of some kind. How did the inspection go on the house?Originally posted by talisman View PostBe glad when this is over, but I do have a quick question. Yeah, getting a warranty. House has a lot of updates, and the attic has been modernized with a ton of insulation. Inspection didn't yield any surprises I didn't know going in. Only thing I'm slightly worried about is the older wiring, but I'll be getting some of that reworked anyway. Thanks guys.Originally posted by Vertnut View PostAtmos is probably about it.
