I tried finding something like this on fios but all I have found is Fox News channel 118 and The Weather Channel on 119 and the ABC News Channel 108

First time I have ever watched this (Info) channel. Really pretty cool. Basically they leave it on a local station until they see non essential info and they flip over to another channel. They have been showing channels from Dover, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Atlantic City and some others. Waves are about 20 foot in Winthrop (Boston) and coming over the sea wall.

The boardwalk is already standing in water. All highways in Connecticut are closed to traffic.
