mainly talking about Acetaminophen type drugs which are also processed through the liver... If i spent the night pouring whiskey down my throat my liver has had enough and does not need me throwing a pill to process as well..How is that stupid?

NSAIDs? It's overthinking things. By that logic, you shouldn't have gotten drunk in the first place, or you shouldn't have starchy or fatty food after drinking. Maybe you're tougher than I am, though. I don't know. I can take nausea, but headaches can go straight to the devil.
