I wouldn't have a problem with it and I believe in ghosts/have lived with them before.

If any nutcase opens a "door" in previous owners home you are in for a ride. Sit down, shut up, and hold on...

I'm the same way. I've dealt with a few in my life time, as dumb as it may sound to some. But what if it isn't or wasnt ever human?

I was looking at a house back in '07, it had been on the market for a good 6 months and there wasn't anything wrong with it. Did some digging and the selling agent admitted that there had been a murder/suicide in the home. Had it simply been a suicide, they had no duty to disclose it, but because of the murder, they did. From what I can tell, if the murder wasn't related to the condition of the house, i.e. a known defect, or a drive-by shooting that could place the new occupants in danger, they don't have to disclose. But I think generally they like to disclose the info prior to the neighbors doing it. I passed on the house, but I know that they were prepared to make steep concessions had I been interested.

I asked almost the same question back in Canada:

Every realtor we have talked to in Tx or Ok say this is not true. They are obligated and can lose their license for not disclosing any of the things you list. My wife watches horror movies and believes all the stupid shit in them. She has asked this of every house we have looked at renting or buying. About 15 realtors out of 15.

    Nate?

That's what they all say in the beginning of these ghost shows. Then when the ghosts come out, the poor sap that bought the house is in so much debt that they can't leave and it puts a strain on the owners relationship causing them to split.....I've seen that episode plenty of time. You'll believe brotha, oh you will believe. In the end , you'll be single, depressed and have foreclosure. If you do go ahead and do it, post pics and vids when the shit hits the fan.

I killed the previous owners of my house in my house and buried them in Elvis' backyard. Free house.
