I'm pretty sure I see and hear enough shit that isn't real in a house built in 2001. 1920's? Fuck that. I've yet to see a movie about good things happening to people who buy houses that people die/were murdered in.
And with all the houses on the market, you aim for a 20's house that people died in? And isn't the wiring aluminum?Last edited by Forever_frost; 11-17-2012, 06:42 PM.I wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool

Lol, I know that there are people that don't believe, but I really don't care. I actually don't think they are the spirits of a dead person, more like an entity that can be glimpsed and felt. The muslims and even old translations in the Bible call them Djinn.Originally posted by 1carcrazyguy View PostMeds could help that.....

Nope. Haunted or not, that's a straight-up shithole, IMHO. I have the resources to make it right, and I wouldn't touch it. There are too many other good deals out there that would require a ton less work/money. Hell, even getting a loan for that could be a nightmare, not to mention insuring it.

how much do you think it would cost to get it in nice shape?Originally posted by Vertnut View PostNope. Haunted or not, that's a straight-up shithole, IMHO. We're thinking 75-100k. What are some hidden problems that come with fire damage? Its a stucco house, and all the interior walls are stucco. We figure all new wiring, plumbing, roof, ac/heat, foundation repair, all new windows, new bathrooms, and kitchen. The house has a maids quarters below, so we are planning on linking the two together which would require a stairwell builtLast edited by War Machine; 11-17-2012, 07:35 PM.

would you marry a woman that works on Harry Hines on the night shift?
There's your answer.
a fortune in upgrades (plastic rebuild in this case) would fix it....but it'll still be haunted!Last edited by crapstang; 11-17-2012, 07:48 PM.Originally posted by BuzzoSome dudes jump out of airplanes, I fuck hookers without condoms.
