Been a long time since I saw that and I can't find it now. Still, plenty of references in the bible to demons and evil spirits.

Nope. Haunted or not, that's a straight-up shithole, IMHO. I have the resources to make it right, and I wouldn't touch it. There are too many other good deals out there that would require a ton less work/money. Hell, even getting a loan for that could be a nightmare, not to mention insuring it.

And with all the houses on the market, you aim for a 20's house that people died in? And isn't the wiring aluminum?
    Movies, really?

    Bible chapter and verse?

If a house came with a smoking hot redhead maid ghost like in American Horror Story I will pay double the appraisal value.

Pretty sure you still have to have a disclaimer statement if "anyone has died from anything other than natural causes in the property".

Hell no. Especially in cases where there was a violent death. Fuck that. Now, if I was buying it to resell or rent? Possibly. But I'd not live in a house like that. I'm betting it will fuck up resale value

    Nate?
I'm not saying it's 100% correct. It's what my old realtor told me. Anyone have any credible links that would state otherwise?
