what's the BA in? why can't she start pursuing a career in her degree field now?

Her degree will be in CJ. She is looking for a job in that field, but there currently aren't any open in our area except for being a prison guard, which will not happen.

Yeah, I do think it's alot harder for women without some sort of connection. I'm 22 making considerably more for my age, but if I was a female it may be different. It seems like no one will give her a chance, and it's kind of aggravating because she really is a hard worker and is as smart as they come.
