This is my first Thanksgiving home and not in Afghanistan in 7 years. I am enjoying it with my family and in-laws.

are you kidding? wendsday night before thanksgiving is one of the biggest nights around for bars/clubs because of bickering relatives. hell its cowboys in arlington's biggest night of the year lol. over 2000 drunk rednecks go out there every year to escape family drama. and being ladies nite doesnt hurt either.

Just making sure. Everyone I've suggested bars as tonight's plans to swears up and down they're all closed.

Thanks dude, not doing too bad. Watching crappy reception of Lions vs Texans and might have some drinks available. Being with the wife and in-laws for Thanksgiving would have been cool but fuck it, I've got a/c and can't complain much.

Edit: Dave, I sent you a PM a while ago and not sure if you deleted it or overlooked it, but I would like to know your path from being in the military to becoming a Doctor. Thank you for any help.
