When I think a few hours, I think of a friday night:going out to the bars for a while, coming back home and passing out, or maybe doing a movie/dinner. You drop acid, you are in for a TRIP. You better hope your schedule is clear for the foreseeable future. 5 hours in you start feeling tired, and you want to want fall asleep because it's some ungodly early hour, tough shit! You better convince yourself you are having a fun time, and you don't need sleep, or you could start going south in the mental department.

I've put away a shit ton of LSD in my early days. It was always a few hours (4-5) then I would take more or add some other illicit to stretch it out.
Everyone is different. Bio-chemical makeup is something most street pharmers have no concept of.

i ate acid back in the day like ricekiller jared eats cupcakes. fun shit, but god i wouldn't touch it these days. i'd prolly freak the fuck out and have an anxiety attack lmao back in when i was younger, it was all for the fun of it but now that im older and realize how powerful of a substance it is - it's hard to wrap your head around it............like outter space is to us.

Take a trip down to Mexico and check yourself into an Ibogaine clinic for a real experience!

IMO it's a bad idea to treat alcohol addiction with another mind-altering substance, even pot, you just end up replacing one addiction with another.
This is outside getting through the physical part of the addiction of course, things like methodone certainly have their place in the beginning, if monitored and accompanied by a plan to facilitate a change in thought processes and habits.
There is no "easy" way out of mental addiction, as evidenced by the milti-billion dollar diet aid industry. A "magic pill" simply doesn't exist.

No shit. I thought about how cool it would be to do that again, but then quickly realized that my old ass probably couldn't handle it like I once did.
That time of trying the concentrated salvia solidified the thoughts of ever tripping again. I wish we would've had a camera up.
