All the more reason to have due diligence, man. Waaaaaay too much responsibility for some people.Originally posted by Tommy_tutone View PostOne last thing before I go again...
The sentence Albert has recieved is the least of his worries. The Husband only wanted a guilty verdict so that he could sue Alberts fathers trucking company. The civil lawsuits to follow will make your head spin.....

And neither do you. And if you really did know, maybe you should have been in court as an expert witness. Any distraction he had as a driver is also his fault. When driving you should have no distractions to keep your attention from the task at hand, especially as a commercial driver.Originally posted by Tommy_tutone View PostYou say he was following to close. What if something distracted his view? Glare from another car maybe. Again, you have no idea what really happened.
You are just assuming for his side, no different from anyone else here. Everyone here is just stating the facts from the case. If it truely was different, something should have been said in the court room, where it matters.Originally posted by Tommy_tutone View PostHe missed her with the truck and toppled the tandem over her car. Its called a traffic accident. Tragic no doubt. But stop assuming.
