Another woman, who was shot in the foot, reported that she was in a classroom with children and two other adults, but that there was no way to safely lock the door. The dispatcher told her to apply pressure to the wound.One of the first calls came from a custodian, Rick Thorne, who said that a window at the front of the school was shattered and that he kept hearing shooting. While on the line with Thorne, the dispatcher told somebody off the call: "Get everyone you can going down there."

Thorne remained on the phone for several minutes.

"There's still shooting going on, please!" the custodian pleaded to a Newtown 911 dispatcher as six or seven shots could be heard in the background. "Still, it's still going on!"

The gunman, 20-year-old Adam Lanza, shot his way into the school the morning of Dec. 14 and killed 20 children and six educators with a semi-automatic rifle. He also killed his mother in their Newtown home before driving to the school.

Newtown police officers arrived at the school within four minutes of the first 911 call, but nearly six minutes passed before they entered the building as they sorted out concerns over a possible second shooter, according to a prosecutor's report issued last week.

It's not clear whether the delay made a difference because Lanza killed himself one minute after the first officer arrived on the scene, according to the report.

I still want to know how there wasn't anyone that was injured? All those rounds and everyone of them was a kill shot. I ain't buying that.

Oh good grief, even the cops called it a "military style assault weapon". And wow...they can't count? 20 rounds of shotgun rounds and they initially said 70. Slight difference.

Man...They KNEW something was going to happen and no actions were taken? No alerts to schools? Anything?

That investigators determined that on 12/12/12, an individual logged onto a website called 4Chan.com and anonymously posted "I'm going to kill myself on friday and it will make the news. be watching at 9 am." That another anonymous individual asked, "Where at?" The ftrst individual responded "I live in Connecticut, thats as much as I'll say."

That additionally on 12/14/12, a concerned individual in Texas contacted the Hartford Police Department and reported that her son was playing a video game named 'Call o(Duty' approximately 20 hours ago. She continued that a gamer with the screen name [RaWr]i<3EmoGirls (hereinafter "User") stated: "next week or very soon there maybe a shooting at my school and other schools so ifi die remember me plz ifi don't get on for 3-5 not including weeks that means i died and im being 100 percent serious." The User then stated: "something might go bad tomorrow this could possibly be my last moments alive.-." Finally, User stated, "as far as i know !heres a list ofppl that are gunna get shot-. I hoper aint on it."

154 casings found. 8 outside the school. 146 inside (17 in hall, 80 in one classroom, 49 in another). I'm guessing some malfunctions with 5 live rounds in the school.

I have to guess he shot his way in, blasting a big hole (img 012 & 042) in the lobby room pane glass window, rather than using the doors. Edit, NVM, police entered there.

Damn...Lanza had issues. His "Adventures of Granny" book he wrote...all about hurting and killing children.

Granny goes to Marine boot camp and meets up with Dora the Beserker and Swiper the Raccoon. Granny asks Dora if she would assassinate a soldier at midnight and Dora agrees to do it. Dora says " I like hurting pebple ... Especially children ... "
When they arrive at the daycare center,Dora sends Swiper the Raccoon inside to distract the children .. Then Dora enters and says "Let's hurt children."


Shooting starts at 9:30am. First 911 call at 9:35am. Officers on scene at 9:37am and start staging. Single and final shot at 9:40am. Police are now at front door of school at 9:40am. Sweep of perimeter complete at 9:44am. Officers enter school near 9:45am...

He killed himself with a gun shot wound to the back of the lower portion of his skull with that 10mm. The round exited the front of his head and through the hat he had on. Then the round embedded itself into the ceiling tile. Glock had a stove pipe, was found 2 1/2' feet from him with his hair stuck in the front sight.

Look at the barrel of the AR15. That thing looks like it fired several thousand rounds and then was dipped in water. Found spent 5.56 casings only number less than 100. How did that thing get that HOT?

It was probably nasty prior to the incident.

Did you see the picture. Nasty doesn't describe the barrel. It just doesn't look right. I have abused the shit out of an AR but never seen one look like that, that didn't get blown apart by an IED.
