I'd hold off buying anything until you know where you'll be working. You don't want some of the possible commutes here. This isn't SLC.

I moved back here after being gone 15 years and it has doubled in size...

Well, we've got two of the three wise men, now we're just waiting on the third.

Frisco, Plano, carrolton, lewisville are all good places, just depends what your budget it, it gets way nicer than that. Dfw is a great place

I went to SMU for 2 years and highschool in Austin so I'm use to the heat. Graduated from University of Arizona and lived in Phoenix for a few years so heat is good. I hate the cold. It was 12 out today. I hate that crap. I just want to drive my cars.

Mustang on the left next to my friends.

You'll be glad to get away from that smell I'd imagine. We've got a Jobs Forum towards the end of the main index that might help.

Good luck on the job hunt!

Your car will love the change in altitude, but your balls will hate the humidity in the summer

    Looking to move to DFW

Mustang owner here looking for a job in the DFW area. My wife and I are currently living in Salt Lake City and hate it. Both of us are looking for jobs in the Dallas area. Her job is currently out of Fort Worth and she applied for a new one in Dallas so we are hoping to relocate within the next 6 months. I started applying for jobs out there too. Currently a senor manufacturing/process engineer for a medical device company if anyone knows of any out there. Already applied at J&J, Styker, and St Judes.

The wife has a 2012 GT with some mods. Runs pretty good up here at high elevation but we want to get to sea level. I have a 2006 chevy that is my project car that I'm trying to get 100% before moving. Got to fix some small issues on it while I still have a lift in the garage.

Anyways, looking forward to getting out to Texas and getting into the car scene out there.

    Nick
Working...
