7-11 & sugestive selling

Anyone go to 7-11 early in the morning? I stop in every morning for cofee around 6 or so. Why do they try to sell you hot wings and pizza to your ass for breakfast? I just thought that would be pretty nasty with my columbian blend. You would think they get a commision or something.

i asked the mgr at my local 7-11 about that and he said they have to offer for secret shop purposes and that its one of their highest profit margin items they offer

The newest deal is trying to get you to buy packs of donuts. They went on a big push a month or so ago. I was in the 7-11 by my house night before last and noticed a plaque on the wall from 7-11 awarding that store as the Dec. 2010 #1 biggest seller of donuts. Geez! What an honor!

A lot of 7-11's are franchisees, so if they don't move product, they don't get paid.
