The bottom line is that the guy is on probation, not paroled. He is listed with a low risk level. The terms of his probation and registry aren't going to be as strict as a paroled offender with a moderate to high risk. If there are concerns about his location, his exposure to other children, or his Internet usage, or any of the terms of his probation, the best course of action is to call adult probation for his city/county and talk to his PO.

Also, Mike, the comment about him living his fantasies out by dating a woman in her 20's is a bit of a stretch. His victim was a 7 yo child. You might have an argument if his victim was a teenager, but there is nothing remotely comparable between a 20 year old woman and a second grader.
