^^ asking $9800.00 for a kit car with specialized frame and other components like gauges/trans- axle/wheels/tires/wiring is likely a pretty good deal for someone with time/energy/money/willingness to finish the project...

My guess is $5000.00 would take it home in a heartbeat.

Plus another $25000.00 to finish it nicely...

All to have it worth $7500.00 at the end.
