I always tip the pizza guy $5 to $7 depending on how much pizza is ordered. I will say that before my low carb days, my pizzas came pretty fast, and were usually always the same guy and he knew my name. I told my wife some how that guy had us flagged in the system.

Not only do the drivers not get that, I heard that papa johns* has the drivers on two pay scales. $7.45 when in the store, and $2.13 (or what ever servers make) when they are out on deliveries.

It could have been dominos, but I can't remember for sure.

I always tip the driver at least $3. But thats on a $15 order that should have been $$12.50 before they added the $2.50 delivery charge in there. I realize its not the drivers fault but if it was not there I would tip better.
I usually order from the same place and if the driver remembers to bring extra garlic butter sauce I will tip $5 even though its only a fifty cent item.

I'm pretty much the same way. If my pizza person decides to be cool about garlic butter they're getting a nice tip. Too hard to get it to actually show up in my box
