The 401k is set up through my work so they cover the fees on that. Just stating what the average person will see. Your mileage may very. I also don't buy and sell individual stocks with them. So no telling what they charge on that.

I use them for 401k, IRA, and mutual funds that I own. They are awesome and you can't beat their fees.

I don't know a ton about them, basically just the name. Glad you mentioned that. I was actually guessing their fees would be higher because I get the impression they are fairly well known.
