If the officer had a Glock 17, he would have 52 rounds (assuming 17+1 in the gun and 2 mags of 17 on his belt).

53 squads in a car chase where 49 of them were told to leave, 137 rounds fired into a car, at such a close range that the investigators couldn't do gun residue tests on the suspects because of the sheer amount of ammo dumped into the vehicle and some of the officers left the scene and did not enter it into their log books to avoid questions on it. They even shot their own squad cars in a middle school parking lot.

Ok that's good enough reason to shoot them dead. Maybe next time you get pulled over for speeding it will be justified for them to shoot your wife or g/f. I mean after all you were speeding and showed little regard for anyone else's life.
