Girl and I just broke up and we share a place. I'm moving all my shit out and I don't really know about the lease. She's staying there and paying the rent but I want to get taken off. I'm guessing that she (ex) has to approve it along with the landlord. Is that all there is to it or am I missing something?

if it is based on a standard TAA lease and you check into rehab you are covered. You need a voluntary committal from the court which should be easy enough.Comment
