Inches or feet? " is inches, ' is feet. I only ask because it seems that you shouldn't need a "gutter guy" for 16".

I had my gutters done recently and they did a great job pretty reasonable - It's a sub for a friend who works for a roofing company set me up with. PM me if you want his name / number
