  • big swap meet , lone Star Park, Fri-Sat.

I'm not associated with this in any way, just letting those that might be looking for something know. Besides, it's good exercise. I'll be spring turkey hunting anyway. Nothing better eating than chicken fried fresh turkey strips and home made mashed potatos and gravey

I hope it's not like the last one that was there. Barely any sellers and spread way out in a huge parking lot.

Any good classic Mustang part vendors? I need some bolts for the front end of my car.

Went with my dad earlier to look for a few things for his 57' Belair. It was OKAY. All kinds of stuff there....go carts, furniture, cheap chinese tools, stereo equipment...even people selling guns. It was very spread out and a LOT of overpriced cars.

anyone find any treasures at the swap meet?

I got a smoking deal from a old man, a 16 lb 5" tirepresure gauge with 1/4 lb graduations for $5.00. He said he used to use it on their sprint cars.

A $5.00 holly and a bag of holley parts,
$3.00 for a set of 4" hone stones
Don't worry about what you can't change.

Stacy and I went about 3p today. Most was already picked up and headed out. We rented the scooters for $10 each an hour ( we were only there am hour). That's the way to zip through a swap meet!

I was planning to go sell at this one and something came up. I didnt want to waste my time at a small venue that hadn't really grown enough yet.

Since I can't make the LSR, I am thinking of checking out the show in Greenville that weekend. Has anyone ever been to it?

There is also the one in Belton on the weekend of the 14th I hear is pretty decent. Out in the dirt like the old Pate.
