Let's say I have a dog. He is a good dog. He gets excited as dog will. He roams our back yard, as well as our house, and has supervised visits to the front yard but isn't allowed in the street or the neighbors on either side yards.

Right up the street is a cul de sac and one of those backs up to our yard. It was brought to my attention (by my nine year old who confronted the neighbor birch) that the neighbor is spraying the dog with a water hose over/through the fence. I find this unacceptable but don't have a response other than realing out the hose and spraying the neighbor back.

I know there are experts here. Any suggestions? They are an older couple so beating on their door and issuing an arse whoopin probably isn't the best solution even if it happens in their own front yard. Is like to avoid the trip to the cross bar hilton.

Go over there and punch them in the fucking face for being assholes. From now on you should take your dog over to their property to let him drop deuces in their yard.

They aren't dog people, I get it, but don't go fucking with other folks family/pet/stuff just because you don't like it.

Edit: Or just gather up the Dukes and toss them over the fence into their yard.
