You're basing your opinion on protecting everyone by removing the ability for people to make good/bad choices. At the end of the day it only affects folks like myself, because now it is illegal for me to do something I'd enjoy. I do not smoke because it is illegal, but I do consume a lot of beer and piss a lot - because that is legal.

Then there are the grey area people who closet do drugs and most people would never know it.

I typically strongly disagree with a few people posting in this thread, however just like bad drunks - people who can't be responsible with drugs (whatever type) are still going to be there for you to arrest.
