Depends on the cemetery or certain more desirable locations within a cemetery. My mother wants to sell one she has in Grove Hill that she bought in the 70's. Grove Hill tells her it is now valued at about $3000, but I doubt she will get that. She's got her head set now that is what is going to sell for.
