I'll be coming down there in a few weeks for an interview and I was wondering if anyone had any good information about the company? I've been looking stuff up online and have found the standard "we are great" stuff, but I would like to hear from anyone that works there. How stable are the positions there with all the cuts going on?

BTW I'll be interviewing for a Principle Systems Engineering position.

RTN is going through a large reorg right now. Business units are dissipating and merging, so there may be duplicate positions. If they are hiring this position though you'd assume all would be well.

I work with some ex RTN people who were transitioned over. I hear RTN treated their people well and the salaries were very fair. The RTN people I support are always in good moods..
