Check out "griffin's grub" on Facebook and his site as well as the egg forums (egghead, greeneggers, etc)...there are tons of great recipes, ideas, etc on those sites. I'm smoking some baby back ribs right now!

Cool, thanks for the suggestions. Gonna fire it up tonight and do burgers, probably try a pizza tomorrow for lunch. Hit up an Egg reseller today and bought some supplies. Probably smoke a roast next weekend, gonna hit up Costco tomorrow.

If you don't already have one, get a pizza stone. Papa Murphey's pizza is great on these things...I still haven't tried making one from scratch. Even frozen pizzas turn out great.
