I will change it at 3,000 and then again at 6,000 miles.

Then at 10k I will switch to Mobil 1 5w20 and change it every 5k thereafter.
Read your service manual for recommended service intervals. They have changed it quite a bit. I know on alot or most new gas cars Ford says every 5k for severe duty. 7.5 k for regular driving and hybrids are 10 or 15k for oil changes. Oil as well as vehicle effeciency has changed so much that things go farther.

But I am looking for a 1988 Buick Riviera, prefer the grandma gold, but will take Teal, but ONLY if it has the red/brown leather seats. It must have the digital dashboard...trying to stay under $800...kthxbye
WTF man....off-the-wall post of the year right there! Wouldn't an 88' Rivi be one of those FWD hoopties? My Dad used to have somewhere about an 83-85 Toronoto like that. Pimp Juice!!

You seem to have shot across three lanes of traffic, just to end up taking the wrong exit.

    Lol
He's old school'n it. I told him that it wasn't necessary to change the engine break-in oil any more. But it isn't going to hurt it anyway

I'm sure that was, cough cough, on official police business.

It looks like I need to check into getting the truck tuned so I can have the limiter removed.
