First thing that came to my mind as well.Originally posted by 03trubluGT View PostI was trying to figure out how a 2 year old gets a hold of a loaded gun, let alone actually point it at it's own head and manipulate the trigger.
That's not a natural action (to point it at your own head), especially at 2 years old.
I smell something fishy.

Gun in both hands facing backwards, thumb(s) against the trigger.

It's pretty much the first thing my kids did with play guns.
I'd blow my own head off if that happened to my kids. I know a lot of folks prefer to leave their guns unsecured with kiddos around. I do not, specifically because of this accident happening. I made them as accessible as possible, but nearly impossible for a kids to get at.
This is poor gun ownership in my opinion. Even if you're willing to leave them out in the open, you better be watching your kiddo and/or put the gun away tight while it's around.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

It's generally the only way a 2 y/o is going to pull the trigger. It's more of a natural fit backwards. It's a toy to them, nothing technical and they don't even consider any specific way to hold it.Originally posted by 03trubluGT View PostIt all depends on the gun, but really.
Its just not a natural action.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.
