I've only hung out with Jose a handful of times, and I feel terrible for him for how this went down. It doesn't mean there is only one option though. I hope some of you guys that know him better than I do put a bug in his ear about this option before we split things up again.

Not just having a company and it being sold out from under you... but additonally someone copied that company to a "T" and then offered you a manager position.

The only way I think this could workout is Jose would need full ownership. I support that, and I would help pay too.
