I think Jose should take his former partner to court if it really went down how everyone says it has and the partnership was in writing.

I would be lying if I said I could care less which route this went but if everyone here is preaching loyality, I think buying, giving, or 50/50 (whatever the hell you want to call it) needs to be discussed between Jose and Tyler.
These same people you are referring to that are loyal, have been giving money to fund this site already and I personally think, regardless of what happened 48 hours ago is pretty shitty if it just poofs into thin air.
I understand, this whole situation is shitty but this isn't 100% all about Jose.

I dont think anything was ever in writing. 15 years ago Jose and Chris put up a Bulletin Board to keep in touch with other mustang owners they met at the street races. Chris hosted the server at his house for years, the board members always donated money when upgrades were needed. It only became a revenue generating business in the last couple of years, and that I assume was agreed to be spent on the server maintenance, hosting, etc.Originally posted by mustangguy289Comment
