Fundraiser dinner for Stacy's Mom

If I was ever worried about that I would just turn in the CC receipt without the itemization.. Never got questioned on it. When I was travelling a lot, and didn't have a client dinner planned, I would often just pick up some fast food on my own dime then expense the few drinks I had at the hotel bar as my dinner.

It was strange how they wanted it. I assumed it had something to do with a drunk driving wreck a customer had leaving one of our events, so they kept a closer eye on the booze we provided for liabilty reasons. One of the reasons I left there was due to issues like this, I asked why it was done the way it was, and I got he standard answer of "you dont need to know" and that really got under my skin. There was always something going on that I "didnt need to know" about.

Im on Oahu for about 1 more month. Unemployed for the time being so I cant donate any cash, but anything that I could help out with, I will gladly oblige.

Of the things I could help out with:

I have a spare bedroom. will gladly volunteer my place to crash to save on a hotel. Possible military discounts on attractions. (get me the cash for them, and I will get tickets. I get Luau tickets at like $42, the little waikiki submarine thing is like $36 for me, some of the sunset dinner cruises are like $60). I may have an extra vehicle depending on how fast this happens (shipping my truck June 1st).

The Dream Foundation already arranged plane tickets and lodging for Stacy and her mom. The fundraiser is to help with a ticket for Stacy's sister plus fun money while they are there. If there's anything left over it will go toward Stacy's moms medical stuff

I don't remember the exact dates but I believe they are leaving June 14th or so ( they will be gone during Father's Day, I do know that)
