To the doctors, what is it that makes the Whipple procedure so difficult/long? I'm amazed how a surgeon can work on the heart or in the brain and how does working on those areas compare to the Whipple. Is it the location of the Pancreas, the amount of experienced doctors, or something else that makes it so difficult?

The doctor called late yesterday and said looking at the cat scan the tumor and cancer is localized to the Blatter and has not spread any where else.
Check your PM.
